I want to order something with a gift card. How do I do that? What modes of payments are accepted? There was a promo code in my order that I forgot to apply. Will I be able to use it later? Are gift cards or gift certificates available for purchase? Can I order with both a gift card and promo code?

Do I have the option to combine gift cards?
