What are platform fees?

There is a platform fee based on the amount you charge your food businesses. The platform fee covers our ongoing costs of running the software, including transaction fees. The platform fee varies if the food business pays by ACH bank transfer or credit card or if you are on the Starter Plan. Pls contact [email protected] to discuss further.
