Is it possible to rate or review my Chef?

Yes, you can! We strongly suggest you do so! Giving honest feedback is one of the most effective ways to celebrate and improve our Dishefs. Following the delivery of your food, you will receive an email asking you to rate and review Dishefs. In addition, when you visit our website after an order arrives, you will see a pop-up asking you to rate and review your Chef.

Lastly, you can leave a review by visiting your orders page and clicking the “Leave A Review” button. You will be able to provide anonymous feedback to the chefs that prepare your meal.
