We will notify you when your food rescuer is on the way!
When a food rescuer has begun your pickup, you will receive a text message letting you know they are on their way. You can also check your dashboard to see when your rescuer is on the way. After they start heading to your location, their ETA will appear at the top of your dashboard, allowing you to track them until they arrive!
Simply log into your dashboard and click the “Cancel” button on the corresponding pickup if you no longer need food picked up. For a one-time pickup, select “Delete Pickup”; for a recurring pickup, select “Delete Selected”. The cancellation fee will only apply if the food rescuer has already arrived at your location
