How much does Dishefs cost?

Dishefs does not require a membership to order.


Get started by creating an account, selecting the store from which you wish to shop, and placing your order. Free delivery may be available for new customers.


Pickup: There may be a “pickup fee” (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders).


Service fees: Depending on your location and the number and type of items in your cart, service fees can vary.

For delivery orders, tipping is optional, but encouraged. You can show your appreciation and recognition for excellent service by doing this. 100% of your tip goes directly to the delivery person.


Will I pay the same price on Dishefs as I would in a store?

The prices of items on the Dishefs marketplace are set by retail partners. Dishefs offers everyday store prices for many retailers, but some retailers may set prices on the platform that are different from their in-store prices.

Dishefs’ app and website allow you to view pricing policies for retailers.

Dishefs makes it easy for you to communicate with your Gofer. A Gofer will follow your replacement preferences when an item you want is out-of-stock at the store.

Set item and delivery instructions in advance, and chat directly with your Gofer while they shop and deliver your items. Your Gofer can:

  • Find the best match: Gofers will use their best judgement to choose a replacement for your item by default.
  •  Pick specific replacement: If your first choice is out-of-stock, you can specify a specific replacement for the Gofer to purchase.
  • Don’t replace: In the event that an item is out of stock, choose “Don’t Replace” to receive a refund.

As long as your Gofer hasn’t started shopping, you can update or cancel your order. You can use the app or website to approve replacements or chat with your Gofer if you need to make changes after shopping has started.

What happens if there’s a problem with my order?

You have options if something isn’t right. Through the Dishefs app or website, you can report:

  • – Items that are missing
  • – Items that are incorrect
  • – Damaged goods
  • – Replacements of poor quality
  • – Orders that arrive early/late
Dishefs Customer Care can help you if an order never arrived, or if you receive someone else’s order.
