Admin will be able to see total active customers, inactive customers and total customers enrolled using social login. Admin will also have the ability to access the list of all the customers registered on the platform with details like Image, name, login type, email authentication, phone, email OTP, phone OTP, total orders, active orders, and option to activate or deactivate the customer.
The detailed view of the customer can also be seen by clicking on the name of the customer. Admin users also have the authority to manage the access rights for a particular customer, their active/inactive status, permissions to access the admin panel and the vendors that can be displayed to them on the platform.
The Order history of a particular customer can also be seen on the right half of the screen.
