The customer will be able to visit the platform using the platform URL, or they can download the app from the play store or app store. They can either start looking for merchants (vendors) either by first signing up on the platform using email or mobile number or using social login. They also have the option to browse through various merchants without registering themselves, but in order to place an order from a specific vendor, the customer must be signed in.


Customer > Home > Banners


Customers would be able to view various banners running on the top of the app and website screen. These banners usually display new offers, discounts and with the click of the banner, the user will be redirected to the associated merchant, product, or category.

Customer > Home > Choose Service Category


Customers will need to choose the service category to browse the merchants and products on the platform. They would have the option to choose among the available service categories like Dine in delivery and Pickup. The dine-in orders are more related to the table bookings, delivery orders are for the home delivery and pick-orders are for the customers who wish to pick their own orders from the merchants.

Customer > Home > Current Location


Customers would need to provide their location in order to start using the platform. The location can be either chosen by providing the access to the current location of the device, or a customer can manually enter their location to look for nearby vendors.


Customer > Home > Search


The customer will be able to search for a specific product, category, or merchant using the keyword-based search option available on the platform. While searching for a product, they can simply type the name or tags associated with the specific product or category, and they will be displayed with the relevant search results. 


Customer > Home > List of Merchants


At the bottom of the banners section, the customer would be able to view the list of stores along with the option to view the complete list of stores. These stores can be clicked to view their product offerings and can add the products to the cart for checkout. 

Customer > Home > Brands


The customer would be able to view the brands in the brands’ section on the Home. They can click on the view more option to view all the brands listed on the platform.

Customer > Home > Discounted Products


The customer would be able to view the list of products on sale with heavy discounts. They can click on view more to view all the products that are available at a discount. 

Customer > Home > Best Seller


The customer would be able to view a section for best-selling products. They can click on the view more option to view the list of all best-selling products. 

Customer > Home > Bottom Menu


Customers would be able to view the links to Informative pages like Privacy policy, terms, and conditions, links to vendor registration and application form, etc. in the links section in the bottom menu. They would also be able to access the social media pages associated with the platform like the Facebook page, Twitter page, and Instagram, etc.

The customer would be able to view the contact information for the admin or owner of the platform like the registered business address, email, contact information, etc.


For the mobile application users, the bottom menu will display options like Home, Cart, My Account, Settings, etc
