Customers would be able to view the account related information and other details in the My Account sections. 

Customer > My Account> My Orders


Customers would be able to view the list of orders they have placed which are segregated into three categories i.e. active orders, past orders, scheduled orders.

In the active orders section, they would be able to view the recently placed order and track their statuses. They also have the option to view order details and pricing breakup.

Orders once delivered would be displayed in the past orders section. A customer can also view the details of the orders they have placed in the past.

There is also an option for the customer to schedule their orders. The customer can set a scheduled date and time for the order which they want to be delivered at a particular date and time. 

Customer > My Account > Subscriptions


Customers would be able to view their active subscription plans in the subscriptions section. They can activate or deactivate their subscription plan whenever required.


Customer > My Account > Loyalty


A customer would be receiving some loyalty points against each order they place via the platform. The customer based on their points provided with a membership plan like bronze, silver, and gold.

Customer > My Account > Wallet


Customers would be provided with an in-app wallet in which they can add money and can use that money to place orders on the platform. The customer would also be able to use the wallet for refunds for the returned or canceled orders. The wallet is created with a third-party payment gateway for monetary transactions.

Customer > My Account >> Share app


The customer would be able to share the app with their friends and family by clicking on the share app option in the accounts action. This option will allow the customer to share the app link.


Customer > My Accounts > Settings

Customers would be able to view available options for languages and currency. They can choose the language and currency of their choice from the dropdown list.

Customer > My Account > Contact Us

The customer would be able to view the contact form in this section and can submit their queries. To submit the inquiry, the customer would need to provide the contact number.
