• A well-kept space: Rentees will expect the space to be clean and tidy as shown in your listing photos. If you have back-to-back bookings, make sure to give yourself enough time to clean between tenants.
• Essential supplies: Guests appreciate having some essential supplies on hand. Dishefs recommends stocking paper towels, basic kitchen utensils, dishwashing soap, and some basic spices.
• Detail-rich listings: Give kitchen-space rentees all the information they need to decide if your space will meet their needs.
• An easy check-in process: Your guests will appreciate an easy check-in process ahead of a long day of busy cooking.
